It's a new year, and for many celebrities that means a brand new look! One of the many poeople following this is our girl Tiffany "New York" Pollard. Above is a picture of New York at a party earlier this week in Hollywood. At this moment, I'm pretty iffy on this look, but at least her breats look smaller, lol! Let's see what else this new year will have for Ms. New York.
